Israel



Israel is a Middle Eastern country on the Mediterranean Sea, and is regarded by Jews, Christians and Muslims as the biblical Holy Land. There is much to do in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, with lovely day trips and many places of great historic value to visit.

Passport: you will need a passport to travel to Tel Aviv

Visa: Check with your local authority

Flights: El Al is the national airline for Israel, but other airlines do fly to Israel. El Al does not offer flights departing or arriving in Tel Aviv during Shabbat (Friday evening and Saturday) When planning your holiday keep this in mind, rather arrive/depart on a Thursday or Sunday

Accommodation: There is a wide selection of hotels, hostels and B&B’s to choose from in Israel


Currency: New Shekel, denominations 20,50,100,200.

It is customary to tip in restaurants and cafes 12-15%.

All major credit cards are accepted.

Food:  There are many restaurants and cafe to enjoy a meal and drinks.

Durban, is a city on the north eastern coast line of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province. Durban is a city rich with cultural diversity with African, Indian and Colonial influences. Durban offers a lot more than beautiful, golden beaches. A lively seafront promenade runs from uShaka Marine World, a huge theme park with an aquarium, to the futuristic Moses Mabhida Stadium. 3. Amphitheater Gardens

Take a stroll through intricate pathways, pergolas, plants, and ponds of the Amphitheater Gardens (also known as the Sunken Gardens).

4. Durban Natural Science Museum

The Durban Natural Science Museum is home to life-sized reconstruction of the T-Rex, if you a Dinosaur fanatic then you should not miss this. There is also a Dodo skeleton on display this is one of the world’s most complete skeletons. The Dodo is an extinct bird.
